Calls and texts to (562) 644-5655 go straight to the owner. If we are on a job with tools running, leave a message — we return calls at the end of the day, not the end of the week.
A short call to size it up
Five or ten minutes on the phone tells us whether this is a two-week bath, a permitted addition, or something we should talk you out of. We will say so either way before anyone drives out.
A walkthrough at your property
We come to the house, measure, look at what is behind the finishes, and talk through the options that actually fit the structure and the budget. There is no charge for this and no pressure at the end of it.
A written scope and price
You get it in writing: what is included, what is excluded, and a realistic schedule. If we think something is likely to change once we open a wall, that is written down too.
Have this handy when you call
None of it is required, but the more of it you have, the closer our first number will be to the final one.
- The room or area you want changed, and roughly how big it is.
- What is driving the project — a layout that does not work, a failing bathroom, more space needed, a rental unit.
- Any photos of the space, plus inspiration shots if you have them.
- Whether the house is occupied during the work and if there are pets, tenants, or an HOA involved.
- A budget range, even a rough one. It changes what we recommend more than anything else you can tell us.
